How to support the health and wellbeing of your staff  (Full day, 2 x Half day or 6 x 1 per week hour)

Managers are key part of improving the overall wellbeing of their teams and creating the right culture of openess to support their staff. These sessions are both educational for the manager themselves as well and allow specific time for discussion around ways to communicate and support staff.  The sessions can be tailoured for the particular company’s workforce and any existing support mechanisms.

Group Size Limit: 15

Fee: Full Day (£650), 2 x Half Day (£800), 6 x 1 hour per week (£1,350)

Building Positive Relationships (Half day)

The quality of the relationships we have are founded on trust. This session will introduce mindful listening and communication skills that can support us to develop greater self awareness and in turn improve collaboration, team relationships and customer service.

Topics include:

  • Mindful listening
  • Asking open questions
  • Building rapport
  • Reflecting
  • Communication styles
  • Barriers to communication
  • Managing emotions

Group Size Limit: Min 10 Max 20

Fee: £49 per person

Mindful Managing Yourself and Others – 6 x 1 hour sessions  or 2 x half days

This is a specific course aimed at businesses who want to build a mindful approach to how their managers lead their teams for higher productivity, improved resilience, greater self awareness and emotional intelligence. Sessions will include short meditations and in between sessions there will be some homework practice to do.

Topics include:

  • The role of mindfulness in business today
  • Attributes of a mindful leader
  • Boosting your mental resilience
  • Creating energy and flow
  • Leading in times of change
  • Influence and attitude

Group Size Limit: 8

Fee: 6 x 1 hour sessions – £1,500
